AMOS SHUE'S DEATH ATTRIBUTED TO FALL

After an illness of many months due it was thought to a fall two years ago when he sustained severe injuries, Amos Shue died Monday at his home at 505 north Rowe street, Ludington, at the advanced age of 71. Deceased was a native of Pennsylvania and came to Mason county nearly 40 years ago. Soon after his arrival he married Miss Catherine Sanders of Custer who now survives him. Besides the widow, there are three sons, Chancy, Chester and Alvin of Ludington. Mr. and Mrs. Shue have resided in Mason county during their married life, coming to Ludington about 20 years ago when they purchased the home they have since occupied. Mr. Shue was a devout member of the Free Methodist church and died in that faith.
